This Privacy Policy explains what information Axis Bio Lab collects about visitors to our website and customers of our catalog, how we use it, and how we protect it.
Information we collect
- Account information. Name, email address, shipping address, and (for institutional accounts) affiliation.
- Order information. Items purchased, lot numbers shipped, order total, attestation timestamp, and the IP address recorded at the time of attestation.
- Payment information. Payment is processed by Waave, our merchant processor. Axis Bio Lab does not store full card numbers or CVV codes. A tokenized reference is retained for order reconciliation.
- Site analytics. We use Plausible, a privacy-first analytics tool that does not use cookies and does not collect personal data.
How we use information
We use the information above to fulfill orders, respond to support requests, manage account access, comply with regulatory and legal obligations, and maintain the integrity of our attestation and shipping records.
Sharing
We share information with trusted partners only as needed to operate the Services: Telehealth Peptides for fulfillment and QC; Waave for payment processing; carriers for shipping. We do not sell personal information to third parties.
Data retention
Attestation and order records are retained for the period required by applicable law. Account information is retained for as long as the account is active, and for a reasonable period thereafter.
Your rights

Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
